Whether you need a one-of-one item or a bulk order of 100,000 pieces, we can bring your design to life.

What type of files do you accept for custom designs?

For best results, we recommend:

Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS)
High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi or higher)

If your artwork needs adjustments, we’ll work with you to make sure it prints clean and vibrant.

What printing method do you use?

We use DTF transfers, a high-quality method that allows for bold colors, detailed artwork, and long-lasting durability.

DTF works on a variety of fabrics and materials, making it perfect for apparel, hats, bags, fans, and more.

How do I care for my custom items?

To help your piece last, we recommend:

Wash in cold or mild water
Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
Air dry or use low heat in the dryer

With proper care, your custom print stays vibrant for a long time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
